The 2024 Toyota GR86 boasts an attractive, drive-centric interior. It comes equipped with an 8-inch touchscreen that’s compatible with Android Auto™ and Apple CarPlay®. An eight-speaker GR86 audio is available for an impressive infotainment. The 7-inch GR digital cluster and tilt/telescopic steering pairs for improved driving focus.

The 2024 Toyota GR86 features a 2.4-liter 4-cylinder boxer engine in a rear-wheel drive layout. This naturally aspirated engine pumps out 228 horsepower and 184 pound-feet of torque. It sprints the coupe from 0-60 mph in 6.1 seconds with a top speed of 140 mph. Toyota offers this coupe in a six-speed manual transmission (MT) or a six-speed electronically controlled automatic (ECT).
Based on mileage, the new GR86 is surprisingly fuel-efficient. It gets a maximum of 24 mpg combined (21 mpg city and 30 mpg highway). The MT variants deliver 20 mpg city, 26 mpg highway, and 22 mpg combined.
The ECT-equipped GR86 offers the best control with its steering-mounted paddle shifters. These shifters feature intelligent Dynamic Rev Management for smoother downshift. Its vehicle stability control is paired with the track-tuned suspensions for exceptional balance.
